DISENO ATELIER LTDA, operating as Arquium Diseno, is a specialized manufacturing firm rooted in the industrial tradition of Rio Grande do Sul. Under the guidance of Marisol Gabin Cachafeiro Requia, we have evolved from a design studio into a full-scale production house for electrical lighting equipment.

Beyond the fixture, we engineer the light. We assist architects with photometer calculations and beam angle selection to ensure our manufactured equipment delivers the correct lux levels and color temperature (CCT) for the intended environment.

The Manufacturing Cycle

Technical Drafting

Every project begins with CAD drawings and electrical schematics. We validate the feasibility of the design, selecting the appropriate drivers and heat sinks before any metal is cut.

Fabrication & Assembly

Our artisans shape the housing using lathe work and welding, while our technicians install the LED modules and wiring. This happens simultaneously in our Porto Alegre facility.

Testing & Dispatch

Before leaving the atelier, every fixture undergoes a "burn-in" test to ensure reliability. We then crate and ship the units directly to the construction site for installation.
